Too much sport might be just as harmful for kids as not getting enough exercise.
That's according to ACC, which is advising parents to use the weekly guideline of 'one hour for every year in age' for their children training or playing sport.
There's been a 60 percent surge in sports injuries since 2008 for kids aged ten to 14 - that's double the increase for any other age group.
