Immigration visa delays causing million-dollar losses

Immigration New Zealand is under fire from students and education providers who say they are paying a heavy cost for the delays in visa processing.

Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway says the problem of slow visa applications is the number one thing people are contacting him about.

The international education industry says missed enrolments have cost them millions and damages New Zealand's reputation.
