The Drug Detection Agency has taken issue with a union's claims about workplace drug testing.
A lawyer for First Union - which represents more than 28,000 workers - told Morning Report on Thursday that companies need to move to oral testing for drugs, rather than urine testing, or potentially be in breach of the Privacy Act. First Union says that oral testing is more effective and less invasive.
The Drug Detection Agency disagrees. Chief executive Kirk Hardy talks to Corin Dann.
