Support workers for whānau at risk of losing their children to the state remain unconvinced change is just around the corner for Māori in the system.
New laws for Oranga Tamariki will be introduced on July 1 and the Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says that, and better care standards, will improve outcomes for tamariki.
