Last year's defending Wimbledon champion Angelique Kerber has been knocked-out of the competition by world number 95 Lauren Davis in the second round.
Meanwhile, 15-year-old wildcard Cori Gauff has stormed to her second win after beating her childhood idol Venus Williams in the first round.
