A Wellington city councillor wants a quick fix to the region's troubled bus network.
It's a year this month since new bus companies took over with new timetables and new routes - and with that has come delays, cancellations and full buses.
From Friday, an online forum is going live - set-up by the Regional Council and Metlink - for people to voice their opinions and come up with some solutions.
There will also be public meetings and drop-in sessions.
City councillor Sarah Free lives in one of the problem spots - the eastern suburbs - and told Jonathan Mitchell she can't believe it has taken 12 months to get the ball rolling.
