The Immigration Minister has been asked to decide whether a former child gang member who helped dispose of a murder victim's body should be allowed to stay in New Zealand.
The 24-year-old Malaysian man fled to New Zealand to escape revenge by his former associates, but could lose the right to protection because of his criminal past.
