Kiwi motorsport champion Greg Murphy says he'll keep working with the Associate Minister of Transport Julie Anne Genter as he campaigns for better driver training and licensing.
The two met at Parliament on Wednesday and Mr Murphy says it was a positive meeting.
He says the current learner, restricted and full licence system teaches people how to pass tests - not how to be safe and aware drivers.
