Christchurch council hopes to boost rebuild progress

From Morning Report, 7:51 am on 30 July 2019

In the draft Global Settlement Agreement, the government will foot the building costs of the convention centre, while the council will regain control of the red zone, metro sports facility and bus exchange. Katie Todd reports.
