A Northland GP is urging the DHB to publicly declare war on systemic racism.
Kyle Eggleton says the Auckland DHB has led the way by admitting institutional racism is a barrier to Māori health - and vowing to eliminate it.
He says Northland DHB has the highest percentage of Māori patients - and is silent.
