New police body-armour fast-tracked after mosque attacks

The police are fast tracking the rollout of new and improved body armour as a result of the Christchurch Mosque shootings.

The government has approved the plan which will cost an extra four-point-six million dollars, half of which is on the highly sought after Kevlar needed to make the armour.
