Opposition leader Simon Bridges says the outgoing head of Statistics New Zealand, Liz MacPherson, should not be a scapegoat for the botched census.
Mr Bridges says the Minister for Statistics James Shaw should have asked more questions of Stats NZ instead of letting things spiral out of control. He speaks to Corin Dann.
