ANZ ruling 'more questions than answers'
A financial watchdog's criticism of ANZ bank is being described as raising more questions than it answers. The Financial Markets Authority has ruled that the bank should have disclosed the sale of a house to its former chief executive's wife two years ago. The bank sold the Auckland property for almost four million dollars less than its capital value. Sam Stubbs, an ANZ shareholder and head of KiwiSaver provider Simplicity spoke to Gyles Beckford.
