First no-deal Brexit papers released by UK govt

Fears a no-deal Brexit could lead to shortages of food and medicine, and massive delays at the border have been confirmed this morning, after the UK Government released its worst case scenario plans. Parliament last week insisted the documents be released, along with correspondence from the prime minister's top advisers, but that part of the request has been refused. According to the files, low-income groups will be hardest hit by any rises in the price of fuel and food. With more, Morning Report is joined by Olly Barratt.
