Police staff say complaints system fuels bullying

More Police officers and non sworn staff have come forward saying their Speak Up complaints system isn't working and its fueling widespread bullying in the organisation.Last week, RNZ reported the concerns of 21 police officers and non-sworn staff members who said bullying was rife within the police.Since then more have come forward, including current and former HR employees who say the department is failing to properly deal with issue of bullying.
