Police "confused" about how to deal with bullying complaints

Senior managers have been confused by the police's Speak Up complaints system, which it says could be leading to bad experiences for complainants.RNZ has talked to more than 50 current or former staff who have experienced bullying in the police. The police's deputy chief executive in charge or people and capability, Kaye Ryan, told our reporter Ben Strang the Speak Up process is being reviewed.
