Using open data to keep people safe

A data collection company wants property owners to publicly list hazards like asbestos and dangerous dogs to protect workers. SaferMe is an app that alerts anyone coming onto on a property about the dangers. But it says property owners are often reluctant to hand over this information. Emma Hatton reports.
