Government books $7.5 billion surplus

Tax cuts, housing, health, and the homeless... everyone has an opinion on how the Government should be spending its seven point five billion dollar surplus. National wants tax cuts but the Finance Minister has hinted at record investments in health and education. Our reporter Jessie Chiang has been asking Auckland voters where they think the money should go.
