Bird of the Year competition to be fierce

With just ten days until voting opens, young New Zealanders are flocking to support their favourite Bird of the Year. Competition is fierce this year with the reigning Kereru vying to keep its top spot. But a change in the voting system means some of the lesser known birds might get a look-in. Our Youth Affairs Reporter, Katie Doyle has the story.
