A landmark ruling from the United Nations human rights committee says it is unlawful for governments to return people to countries where their lives might be threatened by the climate crisis.
The UN was hearing about an asylum seeker from Kiribati, Ioane Teitiota, who claimed to be the world's first climate change refugee.
