Report calls for debt to income limits, CGT due to housing boom

From Morning Report, 8:22 am on 14 February 2020

A new report into New Zealand's shortage of affordable housing calls for debt-to-income limits for high-income households and a capital gains tax.

Dr Jenny McArthur wrote the report for the Helen Clark Foundation.
