Senator Bernie Sanders scored a crushing win in Nevada yesterday to confirm his status as the clear Democrat front runner to challenge Donald Trump in November's presidential election.
With around half the precincts reporting, the 78-year-old Mr Sanders had secured nearly 50 percent of votes.
His nearest rival, former vice-president Joe Biden, was miles behind with less than 20 percent of votes, and third-placed Pete Buttegieg was just over 15 percent.
