The Government is funding a scientific dream team to create a 'play-book' of Covid-19 treatment options if the virus makes a comeback here.
The team has been given nearly $1 million to both research and secure an anti-viral drug for New Zealanders.
Potential treatment options are slowly emerging from the international market, and researchers want to make sure this country has access to them if cases were to surge.
