Some doctors are charging for Covid-19 tests despite health officials saying they should be free. There's also confusion about who should be swabbed.
The Ministry of Health changed the testing criteria last week saying the priority was patients with symptoms, who've also had contact with people who've come back from overseas or who have the virus.
