From Morning Report, 6:49 am on 15 July 2020

The criteria for Covid-19 testing has changed again and doctors are being urged to swab high-risk patients who are more likely to get critically ill from Covid-19. He told RNZ reporter Charlotte Cook this change is one step to ensure Covid-19 does not return to the community.
