The 2020 World of Wearable Art show was cancelled due to Covid-19 but will instead be held as an exhibition in Wellington.
From abandoned tents transformed into avant-garde works of art, to a wearable Axminster carpet inspired by Frida Kahlo, the organisers say each garment has a unique story behind it.
The World of Wearable Art Up Close will run from 12 December to 14 February at Te Papa Tongarewa.
