Trump and Biden to face crowds after debate cancelled.

Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden will be grilled in duelling Town Halls this afternoon. They'll answer questions from audiences - replacing the cancelled second debate. Meanwhile, the president continues his barnstorming tour in states critical to deciding who'll win the election - yesterday he held his third maskless rally of the week at an airport in Iowa.
