An audience of hundreds were set to fill the Auckland Town Hall last night.
That plan came to an abrupt halt when news of the mystery case of Covid-19 broke, just a few hours before the performance by the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra was set to begin.
Instead, the orchestra played to an empty room, in a performance that was seen only by livestream.
