Witnesses to the horrific Christchurch terror attacks will only be given the Royal Commission findings just hours before they are publicly released on Tuesday.
That's in contrast to the bereaved and bullet injured who were given the 800 page report on Saturday and who yesterday met with the prime minister to ask any questions.
