Suzanne Snively takes New Year's honour

Suzanne Snively is to be appointed Honorary Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit. She's being recognised for her work on anti-corruption including work across the Pacific, and has chaired the New Zealand chapter (TINZ) of the global organisation Transparency International (TI) since 2011. On top of that - her volunteer involvement spreads across multiple organisations, including time as chairwoman of the Women's Refuge Foundation, and Fulbright New Zealand.
