For the first time since Waitangi proceedings were moved to the Treaty Grounds, politicians will be welcomed on to Te Tii marae.
The formal proceedings will still be held on Thursday when all political parties and their leaders will be welcomed but the Labour Māori caucus will be welcomed on to Te Tii Marae today.
