Workers, patients delighted by new health plans, but questions remain

The radical plan to get rid of the country's District Health Boards has delighted health workers and patients even though they're unsure about what exactly comes next.

The 20 DHBs will be replaced with a single national agency called 'Health New Zealand' and the government is promising better access to care no matter where you live.

As Kate Gregan reports there are sighs of relief but still plenty of questions.
