A political deadlock in Samoa after the recent general election is continuing without a resolution.
Two political parties - newcomer Faatuatua I le Atua Samoa ua Tasi, or FAST, and rival HRRP - both hold 26 seats.
On Thursday the FAST party was forced to withdraw a Supreme Court challenge that it had filed against a candidate from the HRRP.
