Police and Oranga Tamariki have been at the remote Gloriavale Christian Community on the West Coast since Monday, as part of an investigation into the group.
The community has been the subject of allegations of sexual abuse and abusing workers rights.
Oranga Tamariki say their staff are working with the police to ensure the safety of children and young people there. Police have also confirmed officers are at Gloriavale, but won't comment further.
