Covid-19: Risk from New South Wales considered low, but still some unknowns - Ashley Bloomfield

Flights to New Zealand from New South Wales have been placed on hold for 48 hours from midnight last night, as authorities investigate fresh Covid-19 cases in Sydney.

About 6000 people who have travelled from the Australian state in the past six days will be contacted, and contact traced.

The move may leave some New Zealanders stranded in Australia until flights resume.

So has the travel bubble been popped?
