WoF inspectors expecting 'gentler' approach from Waka Kotahi

Vehicle inspectors who have been feeling under attack from the Transport Agency say they have won a reprieve.

The industry is now expecting the watchdog to be 'gentler', and rogue assessors to be reined in.
