Samoa's Supreme Court has cleared the way for the new FAST party to form a government but the fight for power is not over yet.
The court threw out the Head of State's decison to call a second election and gave FAST and electoral majority ruling on Monday.
Now the former caretaker HRPP government is vowing to challenge to the court rulings.
