Employers are being told they can get rid of workers who won't get a Covid-19 vaccine as long as they can show the sacking is fair and reasonable.
A support group for businesses says questions about managing unvaccinated workers have been coming thick and fast, with employers unsure what they legally can and can't ask of their staff and how much power they wield through the Health and Safety Act.
A number of lawyers are now representing vaccine hesitant workers and all eyes are on the courts to see when the first case gets tried.
