All eyes will be on the courts in Samoa today as a political stalemate continues in Apia.
The majority FAST party was yesterday locked out of Parliament by the caretaker government - an action which FAST is describing as a bloodless coup.
But the HRPP claims a second election should be called after both parties won 25 seats each in April's poll.
