New Zealand Rugby's current chair Brent Impey will step down from his role on Monday.
There are three current board members vying to replace him.
They are Stewart Mitchell, a former Canterbury Rugby chairman, Shaun Nixon, the former chairman of North Harbour Rugby and director of the Blues, and Bailey Mackey, a visual producer and a former Ngati Porou East Coast Rugby Union president.
Former All Black Wayne Shelford hopes Bailey Mackey will take the role. He spoke to Corin Dann.
