Tomorrow thousands of nurses across the country will go on strike for 8 hours over what they're calling unsafe staffing levels and poor pay.
Negotiations between their union, the Nurses Organisation, and District Health Boards have stalled after nurses rejected the latest offer yesterday.
District Health Boards say they're disappointed with the outcome, but are assuring the public essential services will still be available on the day.
