Auckland Airport is preparing for its busiest day since the pandemic began.
The July school holidays are here, and today around 28000 travellers are expected to use the domestic terminal - the highest number since March 2020.
Over the next two weeks the airport also expects around ten thousand travellers will fly to and from the Cook Islands.
Susie Fergsuon asked Auckland Airport's Scott Tasker about how staff are prepping for the surge.
