After England's loss to Italy yesterday, three Black English footballers have been on the recieving end of racist abuse - sparking widespread condemnation from both within the sport and the wider community.
But for many in the United Kingdom, hearing that some footballers were victims of such abuse hasn't come as much of a surprise.
