The government is pressing ahead with plans to vaccinate the least vulnerable New Zealanders against Covid-19 even though only one in five people of the more at-risk group three have had their first dose.
Analysis of Covid-19 vaccination data by RNZ shows almost two-and-a-half million doses still need to be administered to the country's most vulnerable population.
