Lisa Carrington made history on Thursday taking gold in the K1500 and becoming our most successful Olympian ever.
She's won three gold medals at the Tokyo games and if she was a country would be 24th on the medal table.
Yesterday she won the K1 500 to claim her third Olympic gold medal of these Games.
