Residents continue to reel from shoppers being stabbed at a New Lynn supermarket in West Auckland on Friday.
They want to know why more wasn't done to prevent the terrorist from being able to carry out such an attack.
The government had spent more than four years trying to deport him, and he was under 24/7 surveillance.
Police shot him dead about a minute after the attack began. Three people remain in a critical but stable condition in intensive care at Auckland Hospital.
