The head of the Te Whānau O Waipareira in West Auckland says the just-announced Super Saturday event is likely to fail to mop up stragglers on the vaccination front.
The Government yesterday announced a nationwide immunisation push for 16 October, which it dubbed Super Saturday.
But John Tamihere of Te Whānau O Waipareira, which is one of Auckland's leading Māori vaccinators, questions what it will achieve.
He spoke to Kim Hill.
