Before rapper Travis Scott took the stage of the fatal Astroworld Festival, Houston's police chief had a "brief and respectful" meeting with him to discuss safety concerns.
The police chief told the rapper he had concerns for the public's safety, given challenges including Covid-19, and nationwide social tension.
