ACC service set up to challenge its decisions fails

A service the ACC set up to help people better understand how its dispute process works has failed.

Documents obtained by RNZ show the so-called Navigation service created in 2019 has not worked, forcing the agency to redesign it.

Critics say ACC clients need a proper advocacy service to help them in disputes with the organisation.

Investigative journalist Anusha Bradley has been looking into this.

She spoke to Corin Dann.
