That's right - potato milk is now a reality and it's hitting UK supermarket shelves this week.
Described as "deliciously creamy" and the "perfect foam" for your cuppa, it's the latest contender to the plant milk market, with potential to be one of the most sustainable options.
Lund University Professor Eva Tornberg was the one who developed the drink.
